1. What information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you create an account and build your profile, together with limited technical information generated when you use the Platform.

2. Account information

Email address, name, account role (player, scout, club or fan), organisation and job title where relevant, plan status and sign-in method.

Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored in readable form by us. Consent records store only the accepted document versions and the time of acceptance.

3. Player profile information

Position, shirt number, date of birth, height, preferred foot, nationality, current club, location, biography and optional contact details you choose to display.

4. Football statistics

Career history such as seasons, clubs, teams, appearances, goals, assists and achievements that you enter yourself.

5. Photos and videos

Profile photos, gallery images and video you upload or link (for example YouTube or Vimeo links). Uploaded media is stored in private storage and only served publicly when your profile is published.

6. Device and technical information

Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, approximate region, and error or performance logs needed to keep the Platform secure and working.

7. How information is used

To create and operate your account, display your profile, enable discovery by clubs and scouts, generate your PDF CV, send service notifications, process subscriptions, prevent abuse and improve the Platform.

8. How information is shared

We share data with service providers that host our infrastructure, store media, send email and process payments, acting on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be disclosed where required by law.

9. Public player profiles

Player profiles are private by default. When you publish your profile it becomes visible to clubs, scouts, fans and search engines, and can be shared through a public link or PDF CV. You can unpublish at any time.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferred sign-in method. We do not use advertising cookies.

11. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregated usage, such as page views and profile views. Analytics data is not used to build advertising profiles.

12. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Consent records are kept as evidence of acceptance for as long as required by law. When you delete your account, profile data, media and engagement records are deleted or anonymised.

13. Data security

Access is protected by authentication and row-level database security so that each user can only reach their own private data. Media is stored in private buckets and served through time-limited links where appropriate.

14. User rights

Depending on your country, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Most of these actions can be performed directly in your account settings.

You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

15. Data deletion

You can delete your profile content from your dashboard, and request full account deletion by contacting us. We will confirm deletion once completed.
