These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of World Football CV (the "Platform"), available at cvfootball.world. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and approve your use of the Platform and the publication of your profile.

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to publish it.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You may sign in with email and password, Google or a device passkey.

You must notify us without undue delay if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

A player profile may contain personal details, football information, career history, statistics, photos and video. You choose what to add and you remain responsible for the accuracy of that content.

You may edit or remove your profile content at any time from your dashboard.

Scout and club accounts are intended for professional recruitment use. You must provide accurate information about your role and the organisation you represent.

Information accessed through the Platform may be used for legitimate recruitment purposes only. Republishing, reselling or systematically extracting player data is not permitted.

Fan accounts are free and give access to publicly published player profiles and videos, including the ability to like, follow and save players.

Fan accounts may not be used to contact players in a way that is unsolicited, abusive or commercial.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating the Platform and, where your profile is public, displaying it to other users and visitors.

You must have the necessary rights to all content you upload, including photos and match video.

Football data such as clubs, seasons, appearances, goals and assists is supplied by players themselves. We do not warrant that it is complete or verified unless clearly marked as verified.

Demo content on the Platform is clearly marked as demonstration data.

Player profiles are private by default. A profile becomes publicly visible only when the player publishes it, which requires an active Player Pro plan.

When a profile is public it can be viewed by clubs, scouts, fans and search engines, and may be shared through a public link or PDF CV.

Use the Platform lawfully, respectfully and for its intended purpose: presenting and discovering football talent.

You must not impersonate another person, upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content, publish another person's data without permission, attempt to bypass security or access controls, scrape or bulk-download data, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

We may send you service messages, notifications and administrator messages relating to your account and activity on the Platform.

Messaging features must not be used for spam, harassment or misleading offers.

The Platform, its design, brand, logo and software are protected by intellectual property rights and remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.

Player Pro is a paid subscription plan priced as shown on the pricing page. Prices include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

Scout, club and fan accounts are currently free. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period, after which a player profile returns to private visibility.

Statutory withdrawal or refund rights that apply in your country are not affected.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, is used unlawfully, or creates a risk for other users or the Platform. You may delete your account at any time.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that using the Platform will result in trials, transfers, contracts or contact from clubs or scouts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or lost data arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms. When we publish a new version, you will be asked to review and accept it before continuing to use the Platform.
